Wise words to the new graduates. They take their diplomas and hope to conquer a world that isn't kind or easy to navigate. We need to send them off with prayers and the best thoughts and advice we can give them. Thank you for sharing.

It is that time of the year in which we are all looking forward to cheer our loved ones on as they graduate, moving on to a new chapter in their lives. This is an appropriate poem and as your Author notes you have expressed your congratulations to all graduates. How great of you to do this and your poem is special.
I only wonder though: In line # 5 did you meant to use the word "fine" twice and for the last word, did you mean to use individuality?

I like your encouraging words. I think this is a great graduation speech. Maybe you can pass it on to someone so they can tell their friends at their graduation. There is only one minor grammar issue I see and it is in the last sentence:
Original: As you strive for individually
Correction: I think you meant individuality
But a great poem overall.

This is a nice poem. Graduation is an exciting time.
I noticed a typo. There are 2 find's in the line "And find yourself free to explore the globe."
Other than that, I didn't notice any errors or typos.
Nice work!

I have six kids. Between high school and college sometimes I think all I do is go to graduation ceremonies, but I love them all.

The speaker of these words in this sometimes rhyming free verse seems to be thinking of advice to give his progeny that is graduating college and entering the adult world.

you have written a good rhyming poem about someone's graduation. Your philosophy expressed to that person does not seem like encouragement but your own disillusion. Cheer up.
