Poem about a pair of wild pets. The artwork works well with this piece. Have to try this form sometime. The repetition and rhyme work together to reinforce ideas.

I'm so glad you enjoyed this poem. It was a challenge to get everything to work in the Monchielle form, but that was part of the fun in writing it,

Such a cute poem, I really like it. I don't have dogs, but I have a cat and some of the description applies to her. It's very well written and portrays the love you have for your dogs to the reader. Thanks for sharing. Have a great day!

Hi again; thank you so much for your kind and thoughtful review. Sometimes I think my dogs might be cats in doggy costumes. They quite often are more catlike than doggish,

God spelled backward is dog. Dogs are a great friend to mankind in general. They do amazing things and give of themselves freely without compunction. I enjoyed reading this excellent piece of poetic art. It was well-written and flowed smoothly... John

This poem got me right from the start. What is there not o love about cute little puppies? Except of course when they chew on your new pair of shoes or the back of the brand new sofa or they poop in the back of the car...lol. Thank you for sharing this wonderful poem.

Such a lovely and heartwarming poem, or should I say Monchielle. I have never heard of one until now, bit of a mouthful. The boys look lovely too, even though a bit of a trim is needed haha.

Hi Chloe; this poetic form was so much fun - once I got into it. I'm glad you liked the poem and picture. The boys have a grooming appointment this week. They will look so much better!

Oy.
I had about ten doggie messes in a row last night. An overeating dog's vomit messes....She's better now, but I was scrambling for the ten minutes it took to empty her stomach.
Sweet poem, love the pics. These are beautiful pups.

How much sadder life would be for so many of us without our canine friends. There are two in our house, and they've owned us for about 12 years now. Good rhyme, good meter, and a topic that's hard to beat. Nicely done, thanks for sharing. Craig

I enjoyed the poem. Such a cute subject and the photo matches it perfectly. I recently saw the movie, A Dog's Purpose and this poem reminded me of the movie. Love your closing line. Perfect ending.
I have nothing to suggest for corrections. It's great.

Hi; I haven't seen the movie. I honestly thought it would be too sad. I just may watch it when HBO picks it up. Thank you for your thoughtful review,
