Dear frogbook, Beautiful, inspiring poem for this Holy season! I liked your arrangement of quatrains, with couplet at the end. Somber, beautiful picture too. I read it carefully, and found no typos. Dove

What a beautiful poem, written from the three different perspectives of the three who hung on the crosses. I think you got it exactly right. A blessed Easter to you.

I really like how you have told each man's story as h(H)e hangs upon a cross. You do a superb job of characterizing the two thieves. Occasionally your meter/rhythm falters, but overall this Easter tale is well told. Rod

Excellent story in poem form of the crucifixion of Christ, of the forgiveness He offered while hanging on the cross and His love. Great job showing the change of heart of the character start to finish, from mocking to believing. Also, very strong ending stanza! Blessings, AmyJo

Well done, Carolyn. Very appropriate for this Good Friday. I especially liked this stanza:
"Who is this man of piety and faith,
with me, a thief, a commoner, a wraith?
I realize, my eyes open oh so slowly now,
You are the Holy One, aren't thou?"
Bravo! Happy Easter. Bob

A very well-written poem about the scenario on Calvary Hill where Jesus was crucified with two others who were real criminals, while He was innocent and died for our sins.

This is an excellent poem with good rhyming and flow. Topic is one we have all heard before but you express it so well from the perspective of each victim. Great job. A fine poem. Marilyn
