There have some nasty dogs around here.
Dobermans, and other guard dogs. But your picture is perfect for your poem.

A delightful nonet. There is nothing forced in this piece of writing and the accompanying photo is too adorable. You have taken into account , without hard words, people who are not attracted to cats and dogs. This is an excellent entry in the contest.
