This is a gripping read. It deserves reading more than once to internalize the impact of your well chosen and descriptive words. My immediate feeling was pain but then hope, eventually love of humanity. My review is inadequate I'm sure since I am new at the task. Very well done.

HOLY !@#$%&*-every stanza has NEVER BEEN DONE BEFORE....what a CRAZY ass metaphor THIS one is.....A BEAUTIFUL ALIEN.....I could point out the "best lines" but i would end up reprinting the entire piece....each stanza is a beautiful short phrased poem within itself( you didn't even have to put all these together-they're all able to stand alone) this is pure craftsmanship of the highest artistic order. As a poet myself i'm able to say it's a dirty shame of the human race that poetry is the most neglected art, for you, sir, are it's reigning giant

I wrote this several years ago and just found it in some old papers so I thought I would share is as I had really enjoyed writing it way back when....1972 I think??.
