Thanks for the review and vote Rod.Do we realize how powerful a simple compliment and encouraging word can impact people? I always try to shine the light on people, especially kids. If they show a talent in drawing, I buy a simple artist pad and paints, writing talents? I buy a journal and nice pen. Dollar store buys, but the value in self esteem .... priceless. Just a simple kind wordthat takes a second of your time can last for years in someone life. I like that. Cheers, j

Haha I have been married happily for 21 years, no cows involved. Giving a word of encouragment or compliment does the same thing to people. I always try to shine the light on someone and encourage them.to see what I see in them, Sometimes they just don't realize their potential until someones points it out, Thanks for the review.
