Very good flash fiction. It is so good it is believable. I truly enjoyed it and you tell it very well. Good dialogue and descriptive scenery. I miss my puppy too. We all do and I would definitely follow my dog into a ghost open house.

This is definitely a supernatural story. Whenever someone who has been dead for years shows up, you know the story is going to places that could be a little scary. Being a realtor, this kind of story is a haunting one (no pun intended).
I like the surrealism effects you've interjected in the story. It was a good read.

In ""Five bedrooms, 3.5 bedrooms, a . ." is the second "bedrooms" supposed to be bathrooms?
