I liked the concept but felt that the subject matter chosen might benefit from a different style of poetry that would allow you to expand your descriptions and really get involved in the topic

Thank you for your review. I am honored that i have wowed someone of your stature. Yes, it is for the newbie contest. I had joined only a couple of weeks ago, never did any professional writing before this. I suppose i always wanted to just never had the time in life. when i was young i wrote poetry and music for fun, for myself. Then unfortunately we all have to grow. I was a single mom of two daughters. Finally, there comes a time we start to live for ourselves, to enjoy life, when kids are grown up. that is now :) I've always imagined myself in my later years to be the cliche' writer living in a log cabin in the woods. "oh my Goodness Dean" i am talking to much aren't i? I don't have much adult conversation. Thank you again, i'm over the top happy you enjoyed it.

There is a lot of imagery in this little poem. The artwork you chose was spot on! I didn't realize this last eclipse was considered a 'snow moon,' but given the season it makes perfect sense.

Thank you so much Patty. It was in fact a snow moon with the eclipse, it is a rarity wont happen again for , i forget the exact # of years ,but 30 or so more years. Your review was most gracious, thanks again.
