Nice write as usual Luna I like the ABCB rhyme scheme

Our Luna swings upon the stars
and dances on the moon.
My dreams tonight lack any fright,
I know she'll be here soon.

love this verse Luna thanks for sharing with us

those are better dreams to have than the ones of horror.
I like the light and lively way you did this cute little rhyming poem of gentle dreams

Bedtime stories must have been really great at your house! I like the idea of the house being the vessel to fly to other worlds. My favorites lines are:
directing dreams of wit and glee
outside the earthly realm.

I loved the mystical, 'other worldiness' of your poem. Your imagery is fabulous and set me on a journey into the sky and the unknown. I have been told many times that I seem to live in fairyland. I do. And I love it! Susan

Hi, Luna. How are you, my friend. Missing posts from you of late? I loved this...especially this stanza stood out for me:

"Seen sights no human's seen before
Space flowers colored green ~
A two-headed Conquistador,
his stallion black and lean."

Bravo! Bob

yes, my friend Bob. I've been in the hospital with a myriad of issues. I had a lung biopsy (no results yet) not have to gain strength for other thing. I'm sorry I haven't reviewed any of your work recently, but I've been real tired. To this to mess around with anything.

Hopefully I'll get out of here in a couple of weeks.

    All my best,
    Jeni

Hi Jeni
Your poem reminded me of an old Gordon Lightfoot song, "The Pony Man".
https://youtu.be/jp0Ahb_ldxU
Suggestions...
"of captivating nights for me with Luna at the helm;
directing dreams of wit and glee
outside the earthly realm." ...(I'd make this four lines and keep the poem uniform.
of captivating nights for me
with Luna at the helm;
directing dreams of wit and glee
outside the earthly realm.)

"An two-headed Conquistador" ...(did you mean to type "A two-headed conquistador" /notice I lower-cased the "C")

"until next time we play and roam
atop our crystal plow." ...(Okay, help me out here. A plow? Where did that come from? Okay, Gordon Lightfoot used a pirate ship for the kids to play on. But a crystal plow?

My favorite lines,
"Our Luna swings upon the stars
and dances on the moon." ...(but help me understand this. Where does "Luna" fit in? I thought YOU were Luna. Is that supposed to be your muse?

cheers
Kimbob

A very well-written poem. Your words flowed well line to line combining easily and forming the message of the poem for the reader. Your artwork and background color completed the piece well.

I liked this fantastic, dream poem in good rhymes about the adventure to the dream house, well flown; I enjoyed the metaphysical influence, simple diction, expressive causal phenomena and word visual imagery.
