I like using flowers as metaphors for positive emotion. They show the beauty life can have. I like the advice too. We don't stop to look and ponder flowers often enough.
Keep writing.
Hope it did well in the contest.

Hello, Sister Luna,
How are you doing sweetie pie? I think of you often.
You wrote an outstanding tanka, I am proud of you! I love the phrase... scented love... how pretty and true.

A delightful Tanka poem, sending a message of love, hope and peace and using flowers as a motif. Well done.
The image complements the intent of the poet.

Flowers are a symbol of peace and love. Thanks for sharing and reminding us that flowers, so simple, can brighten the day with hope!
Well-written! Happy Valentine's Day, Luna!

Your poem makes me wish for spring even more than I already do. Our homegrown flowers, planted and cared for with love to share. Very well written tanka. Good luck in the contest.

This is a fine tanka for the contest
with good syllables at 5-7-5-6-7 that meet the rules
Excellent use of alliteration
and imagery employing smell and sight
Very good connection between nature and soul's harmony
Excellent art work to match
Nicely done
Good luck in the contest

Hi Luna, this is just such a tranquil picture you're depicting in this well written tanka. Nothing better than to pick your flowers from your own garden. Good luck in the contest. All the best. Ulla:)))

A very nice message packaged in a Tanka. I like your use of harmony in joining the "scents," and using the flowers, which are wholesome and lush. Folding the words into "souls seeking harmony," and inviting people to join was a great way to introduce the spirituality of this piece. Nicely done.

Oh, if only we would pick some of these flowers
to grace our lives - the world would be a better place.
thank you or sharing your beautiful sentiments.
Beautifully expressed in a few words.
