I think I know these guys. LOL Makes you wonder how two such different people became friends. It happens all the time. That's the joy of life.
I love their banter. Ned's not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but he marches to his own drummer, I think.
Fun to read. Thanks.

Hi Bill,
I have to admit to enjoying this slices of country(?) life. the dialectal nuances work very well with the characters you've developed.
All the best

You did a great job with this. I liked the dialect you used throughout. It was spot on.
There isn't anything that I would have done differently.
Please keep writing. I will be looking forward to future offerings from you.

Do the world a favor and throw that grenade at Ned's ignorant behind. Not to hurt him you understand, but just to scare some sense into him. LOL. This is very entertaining.

Ha ha - I like their accents - they're
a bit dense mind - made me smile.
I've no experience with scripts, but
followed this easy enough, Bill.
A fore - Afore

Thank you, Margaret, for the kind review. Since it was dialog, and the word wasn't being properly used, I figured the spelling was better utilized to speak to Ned's speech, rather than how the word is typically used. I appreciate your keeping me honest though.

Very funny. Exactly what I would expect watching these guys play horse shoes. I wonder how they would do at a tractor pull and which one could pull the tractor the furthest.

If nothing else, at it can be said the Ned is resourceful. Because if he has access to live hand grenades that means the the world as we know it will never be safe. If he can get his podunk paws on hand grenades, what else is he possible of getting a hold of?
Why, he might even be able to lay his hands on one of those ISIS suitcase bombs I've been hearing about an awful lot lately.
Scary!
Great stuff as always, Bill.

LOL! These two are dangerous when they get together. Exactly what does a horse do sans shoes? It's got to hurt their tender little peddies. Nicely done and thank you very much for sharing it.
