This tells the scene realistically like a hallucination in view, the birthday party and mystic atmosphere, well said, well done; thank you for sharing this with us. Keep writing. DR ALCREATOR

This is very clever. Pons seems like one of those people that have no grasp on reality, but think they know everything and no one is ever going to correct him, no matter what. Excellent dialog, especially Pon's concept of language. The ending made laugh.

Ned may think tat he sees dead people, but when they look at Ned they see is one dumb S.O.B. a literal waste of air. Tell me, was he dropped on his head as a baby, say, four or five times? Or does he possess that dumbness gene? LOL.

Thanks, nomi, for reading this. I guess I've got Ned well into the du-uhh zone.
Comment from Gloria ....
Very clever script indeed, Bill. The colour coding definitely helps understand the segue between the living and the dead. Terrific use of vernacular nuther pain of existin' is hilarious.
Super job. I got a big laugh out of this. :))

Thank you, Gloria. I'm really happy with this one. Some of the folks whose work I admire most, of whom you're included, have reviewed this with some very encouraging comments.

LOL! Time to get that guy some coffee. This is really well done as I have had conversations with the one too many kind before and they don't accept anything but what they perceive to be true in their trancelike state. Nicely done and thank you very much for sharing it.

When Pons gets something in his head, it's really rather difficult to make him shake it, isn't it? Of course, there is a lot of room in Pons' head, so there IS that, LOL.
Great Pons & Ned humor, as usual, Bill.

Thank you, Dean, for the fun review. I originally ended it with "It's like he was still here." Then changed it to, "I see dead people." I finally just put them both in.

Well, whatever you did it works, LOL.
My pleasure, Bill.

LOL! Sorry I'm out of sixes because this gem deserves one! Lovvvve it! Might be the best of Ned and Pons yet. You need to create a book of their adventures. :)

Another lovely script, now about a birthday party. I enjoyed that you used different colours for the different persons. Nice end, that Ned says he sees dead people.
