Good response to the air challenge, my friend. I really like your satori. It is a good insight into the essence of the first 2 connection lines

Hola Guapa, oh I liked this haiku a lot. The satori line is lovely and spot on. It's a true aha moment. Yes the April wind does exactly that. Un abrazo de tu amiga Ulla:)))

Looking forward to April breezes. This was a perfectly formed haiku. You are the master of these I've been told. I see nothing to contradict that. Thank you for sharing your work.

The artwork you chose is perfect for your haiku challenge #4. I'm not sure what to say to define this, but we always see the winds of April here in Ohio makes many plants to bend as the wind blows. This creates a calming, quite peaceful look.
Take care my friend and smack me gently for being unknowledgeable for reviewing my friend,,,,,,,,,,Jim

April wind
bends budless roses --
melancholic moves
Even without the picture, your choice of words cleverly paint the picture.

This is lovely but very sad, roses are beautiful, purple is my favourite colour. No buds yet :-(
But it is too early in the spring.
Very lovely haiku, "melancholic moves", physically and emotionally.
Very wonderful haiku

The poor roses. They have reason to be melancholy if the wind has attacked them. Excellent alliteration with bends buds and melancholy moves. You are able to create an image of the roses suffering in the wind. Your story really goes with the picture you chose. Have a wonderful, successful new year. judi

Your haiku has me thinking, which is always good, Gypsy. *smile* I'm wondering if those budless roses are budless because the buds haven't formed yet, or if it's AFTER they've fallen. In each case, there's a melancholy aspect. Very cool!

Great photo that shows the wind and complements your tiny poem perfectly. An excellent Haiku, you used wind for the air. Wrong month though-LOL

The combination of concrete imagery, clearly defined kigo, and all encompassing observation make this a worthy read. Nicely done and I thank you very much for sharing it.
