I thought this was clever and a good play on words. I don't think I've read you before, but I enjoyed it. Where am I in the grocery line, lol.
Take care,
Russell

Oh boy! I guess that was some New Year's Eve party! I'm not too good at reading these things as sometimes I don't get them, BUT I was able to follow this dialogue remarkably well. Marilyn

I'm glad you got through it. Isn't Ned a brainy guy?

This is cute what you have penned. You used very good and cute wording. I could see the guys having this conversation as I was reading it. Blessings, Teri

Hahaha, I think I've told you before, Bill.
Ned and Pons are to FanStory what Bud Abbott and Lou Costello were to cinema in the '40s and '50s. There's also Andy Griffith and Don Knotts, Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis, and Caroll O'Connor and Rob Reiner of "All In the Family" fame.
But still, I'd kill Pons.
Deader than a dull doornail, heh-heh.

Hahahahahaha, Poor Ned, he's not really any the wiser is he? It's just so funny. So we're still at the grocery store. I love it. Well done, Bill. All the best. Ulla:))

LOL! Poor Ned... still in the grocery line of life, in his mind, at least. Gotta love him, tho. He really does want to understand, but most of us are like him, because this world we live in really does NOT make any sense. :)

This script is really nice and hilariously funny. A guy and a female discussing what the end of the year is. I think she knows and he does not really.

This is quite a clever script and a most enjoyable read. You remind us all how quickly time flies especially when you call out how recently we closed a year - a decade - and a century all on the same night. Nicely done and I thank you very much for sharing it.

Need's ignorant behind needs to be headed back to Special ED for a crash course. Your account is very humorous and entertaining. I have had painful conversations like this before with actual persons and just wound up walking away with a headache. Which leads me to conclude that I must be allergic to not dumb but certainly stupid.

I immensely enjoyed reading the dialogue in this script. You did an excellent job with the dialect, humor and the characters.
There is even a little twist in this script. You should consider expanding the script with sequels. These characters are a hoot!
Thank you for the laughter.
