A very well-written poem. He is always willing to roll up his sleeves to get us out of the mud we caused ourselves to be stuck in. He will wash us white like snow again.

This is a beautifully penned poetic proclamation professing your faith, Relda.
Christ gave us the greatest gift that anyone in the history of gift-giving has ever given anyone.
The gifts of salvation and eternal life.
Through His unselfish sacrifice on that knarled tree on Calvary, He took on all of the sins of the world so that we might live forever.

Relda,
You've composed a nice Christian poem.
You have some original lines and I particularly
liked the following lines:
"Had He healed and made me well?
Nailed fast shut the door to hell? "
Interesting use of questions there.
You also have some nice rhymes
as well.

I grew up 'rolling up' the proverbial sleeve. Sounds like you did too! Also heard 'Hard work won't kill you!' nearly as often.
Appreciate you.

Yes, Paul says in 1Corinthian 15:14 "If Christ did not rise, then we are the most pitiable of all creatures..." But of course he goes on to say Christ did did rise again, so, the most important thing is, He did rise again, taking us with Him. You've done a fine job scribing this beautifully written, elegant worded, smooth flowing, aabb rhyming psalm of praise for what the master has done, well done, Relda, wonderful job, you should be proud, blessings, Roy

Roy - Isn't this time of year wonderful? God blesses us every day of the year, but it seems He does open the doors of heaven during November and December.
I will be thankful for you and all the FS folks, tomorrow.
