Well said, Love is all those opposing views and feelings. It defies logic, eats reason and enhances emotions. Is it a gift from God or a curse? Who knows?

I actually love that song sung by the artist depicted here. A nice little poem broken in sections to give an abstract look but with as much deep feeling as the author would imbue.
I have only 5 stars for you, my friend, but know I share your vision.

There's such a subtle turmoil here. Just an unshakeable undercurrent of dark habits, and tiredness. Very moving, gripping piece. Thanks for sharing it.

I read this poem twice and I find it confusing.

Your poetry is so difficult for me to interpret. I think he is the sad one, having lost Simone.

Really great lines:
"Is the purest honest I know
real quiet when all alone sits with time again
please just kill me"

"blessings dope addicted
to fix this"

I like the beginning and end, with only the difference of "love" and "fallen".

I loved the music, which I have never listened to before on this site. It is beautiful.

    well.....that would depend on just who you believe Simone to be.
    youre right unplanned and unexpectedly i'm sure. he was....like he never was before. it made him lose his mind for a time. thats how much His loves assurance means....without it there is no life.

    but God....and those who really love Him right. are the kind of love that dont get lost...always found. Simone is real Love....and its need for. love Michael

I liked your variation on "Simon says," switching it both to a female and the past tense. Yes, I'm happy for her too, since falling in love is the ultimate high! Big hugs- Joan

    hm...-smile-....you better sit down.
    ah to me...Simone represents...first God...first Love. Alpha and Omega.
    also since Christ...Simone represents our...each of us...our free will...the man inside our mind.

    it was the song that triggered ah me. did you listen while reading....Love...eww God I mean. lifes drug....were all addicted to want some....-smile- its about your so special belonging or betrothed to another...and the heartbreaking weight of the world watching them dance to the music you see...? I'm crazy...-wink-...love Michael
