Jaybird, I like the way you express yourself. I like the more formal style of poetry with rhythm and rhyme. It's not so obscure as free verse. I like the message you get across and the last two lines are a nice conclusion to your theme. Well done. Cowboy

What good advice. Stay out of the rat race. Slow down. Forget your ego. You'll be able to enjoy the journey; you many even be able to help another soul. Choose a path where you may find satisfaction. Good rhyme scheme. Good progression of thoughts. Good job.
