Wow! I love the story behind the poem. This is an incredible minute poem. The use of such vivid descriptions takes the reader there. I love how you have set it on the mantle of memory as a token of love between you and your grandson. A priceless memory give n by the smallest of things. This is a sweet poem honoring this magical memory. To me. butterflies are true messengers. They've encouraged me when I felt hopeless, inspired me when I needed answers, and gave comfort when I grieved lose loved ones.
