I'm pleased your wit and expression was appreciated at the booths. I always think of our classes together when I see you post. We did have fun. Not able to do any for a while now, my ninety year old mother needs my company more and more, real life intervenes with the pleasure of FS. How are you? I hope all is well in your neck of the woods. No classes for quite a while. Thinking about taking one in the fall. Maybe one on short story writing.

Yes, prayers can and often do break not only sound barriers, but the chains of ALL barriers that weigh down our souls.
This is pretty profound for such a short poem.

This is an incredibly beautiful poem. The way that you described in poetic form that a whisper comes from a very loud and powerful voice when spoken in prayer is very profound and creative. This is a really great poem. Best of luck in the contest.

Wow, this is incredible. I can't believe you have managed to incorporate so much power into a six word poem - how imaginative, to think that a prayer whispered could be so loud! I love this - in fact, I think it's the best I've read - for sure it's the most appealing to me. I don't often visit the voting booth unless I have an entry, but if the sites rules allow it, I'd sure like a heads up when the voting starts. I'll try to watch for this contest anyway.
