You and me both. This is one thing I could never understand. It is raw. Raw is bad, why not cook it, we are not animals. It is silly, but some people love it. Good entry.

My sentiments entirely! Fish is fine occasionally, but only when it has been cooked! How a nation could have made this type of cuisine an artform is quite beyond my comprehension.
