This was very funny and creative, Mikey. You certainly have a way with original pet names: "Johnny Boy Blue," "Studly Do Me Right," Snagglepuss." Love it! You very effectively demonstrate the importance of keeping humor in a relationship - often the sillier the better. Great job! Bill

Oh yes. I look in the mirror and realize, I'm going to have to develop some humour and even add a personality. Rats. It was so much easier getting by on looks. LOL mikey

Very funny conversation mikey.I like the -running this household and taking care of these ungrateful brats is a job - line. I think most mothers can associate with that one. Loved all the name calling especially bringing in Kim baby. Leaves me with a smile,
cheers,

I KNOW!!! The key is to just blather away without editing yourself. PERFECT for me. HAHAHA!

This couple has to be married and maybe this is a turn on. If it's a pick-up, each one needs to worry about getting an STD. The last two lines says it's a game. LOL

Funny and very good written dialog. It reminded me of my patents. When dad was astonished, he always said, "well heavens to Betsy!". To which mom would ask, " who's Betsy? One day she said, " oh, for Pete's sake.". Dad was quick with, "who's Pete?"

Hahahaha! You're parents sounded like a blast to be around. Too funny. Humour is the key to existence I think. Throw in a nice helping of love and it's a done deal. LOL
You MUST stop by. This is too much fun. mikey

I thought maybe one of 'em would figure out they were in the wrong house and then they'd decide they still didn't care. Didn't sound too particular, if you get my meaning. They musta hooked up JEST before the lights come on. *wink*wink*

A fun one! No nits!

Yeah, no one was leaving. I once called a girl by a guys name for fun. I've always had sharp girlfriends, she didn't skip a beat and called me by a girls name. I still have that little doubt in my head thirty years later. LOL!! That's the amazing part, to write this fast with no nits. I have lots more when I write at a normal pace. WEIRD. mikey

Bwahaha...too funny. We've gone from an ice cube tray to a Who's Who with flair and humor that is likely unmatched. Great stuff. Life can be a comedic episode of Who's Who, Who's on first base...Nicely done considering the word count challenge.

Hi, Mary. I guess I'm making a reputation for myself. I actually ran home from church to write this and then back. HAHAHA! I don't know if that's good or bad, probably not good! So delighted you enjoyed. We have both poetry on Saturday and prose here on Sunday. I hope you'll join us for one or both. It's great fun and we're the cool kids, always nice!! mikey

Oh Mikey you had me in stitches with this, and then what an ending.

I am still chuckling at this interchange. Good dialog throughout.

Just one little typo.

Linda's you're (your) girl

Well done.

Thanks for sharing.

    Good catch. Fixed.
I wrote this as fast as I could without a thought in my head. Sooooo much fun. I'm surprised it even made sense, but there's a part of your brain that takes over. Really amazing. So thrilled you got a laugh out of it. :)) mikey

Hi Mikey, this is great fun and a great write. I laughed all way through. And where else would it end, but in the bedroom. Don't think I'll write anything for the plash this week. Too many cherries to contend with, not enough hours in the day. I liked this a lot. All the best. Ulla:))

Glad you enjoyed it. Always fun to write these things. We'll let you off for ONE week. But we expect you back!!! This is as fast as I can write. I didn't have a thought in my head. LOL mikey

Hi Mikey, I ended up writing an entry after all in 10 minutes flat. I do hope you'll read it. I'm so glad that I managed to be part of the potlatch, this week albeit late. It's great fun and I enjoy it. I really like that it is our own little playing ground. There are so many brilliant entries this week. Ulla:)))

LOL! (love the art, too)

tiny nit - "Linda's (your) girl, not mine."

Man, this potlatch challenge has brought out some very creative thinking. LOL - Kardashian and Obama? I wonder what what's her name has to say 'bout that...LOL

Well done, but then I'd expect no less...*grin*

Who? Michele? I'll ask here ... LOL!
Some awesome entries, too much fun. I'm still laughing at a couple of them. I had zero thoughts in my head when I wrote this. I left a meeting, ran home, wrote and posted, then back to the meeting. I didn't even read it till much later. Not bad. :)) mikey

Hi Mikey,

Now you can't beat a bit of names darts, can you? Pick a name... any name.
Might have had a flash back or two here! LOL

Good stuff

I've done this on purpose before just to get a reaction. I'm really warped I guess. But I put humour above all things. I once called my girlfriend "Joe" just to see what she would say. She said goodbye. LOL mikey

Just don't say 'Good boy'! LOL

HAAAAAAAA! That's exactly what I'm going to say, next chance I get. I'm adding "roll over" to it too. Yep, I'm a born daredevil.....
