This is lovely jaybird...
In the meadows were the pastures,
where the cows were gently lowing,
where the butterflies were wafting
and the thick wildflowers growing.
I can only imagine what it was like to grow up in such splendor.

Liked this nostalgic poem. It stayed simple and reflected the memories of long ago.
It reflects the sights, the sounds, and the feelings of that time. Three pieces of advice for you ... go for it..do it..and savor it. You must remember however, it won't
quite be as you remember it.

Sounds like you had a beautiful upbringing in a quiet, rural setting. Maybe your now in a more urban area, caught in the throes of life in the fast lane, reminiscing on the good old days. Nostalgia is a profound thing. It brings joy and sadness, but hopefully, it helps direct and shape our lives, leading us to ensure that our present and future are not empty of the things we once enjoyed in the past. No money or material things is worth giving that up. Great job!

The arrangement is understandable and effective. I liked this one quite a bit. It was not too long or too short. The flow was smooth. The descriptive words worked very well.
I saw no SPAG and no typos. Everything looked in place. It is spotless.
