Hey Michael, my Brother((((((((((((... so let me start at the beginning... always a great place to start... the visual of the artwork you chose, set up your stormy words with precision and visual impact.
The first line had me stalling, pondering the outcome of that reality... hell, that first verse hit me with the intensity of its truth... and we know full-well... divine timing is the Master of all mans fate.
This, my brother, whilst being rather dark and heavy, is also a truly brilliant write... trouble is, when I read something of this impact and multitude, I feel a genuine concern as a brother and a friend, as to how much this is your experience... 'cause to tell you the truth, me, myself. I associated closely with all written herein... and well the near refrain of you last line, it just echoes in a state of animated lingering.
Brilliant write Michael... my Brother... my Friend... you left me sitting here watching the screen like a stunned mullet way after the music or words were read!
Be well, be safe... and believe!

ah I had another pic...those two in the movie, having dinner engulfed by a picture window of the worlds end. couldn't up load it for some reason. thanks Bro...appreciate you enjoying. All of this is my experience. my photograph taken, my fingerprint and soul exposed. for even me to see...me right here and now...forever. Each infinent minute is precious to all of us James...and our personal worlds. I hope you and your wife are still in love ....I pray you never lose that James. Big love Michael

Wow--you are on a roll with so many poems flowing from your pen and such dramatic artworks. Your words "precarious," "asunder," "abandonment" and "drowned" are ominous. I hope you got the darkness out of your system and your next verse will focus on hope! Cheers- Joan

We actually go there tomorrow on a guided tour that includes the Forbidden City and the Houtons (old neighborhoods). So far, it's in the 70's and few folks speak Englich other than our guide! She says it's safe just crowded--22 million people!! Night, night- Joan, from Beijing
