Hi c lucas. Thank you for reading my Sun poem I had fun writing this as I was sunbaking and so glad it made a good read. I must have Sun it makes me feel great and lifts ones mood. No a fan of the cold brrrr Cheers Christine😀

Sitting here waiting for the weather to warm up as April draws nearer to May it is hard to adjust to the thoughts of those whose world is a mirror image of are own. You'd better enjoy it whjile it is available.

How fun to read about a hot autumn day, while we enjoy a seasonable spring day here in California. Hey, personify the sun all you want, I'll never critique you for that! I used to love finding a place on the beach to sunbathe and read, and where we live now the water is warm enough (barely) to take a dip in the summertime. Oh, I hope you use sunscreen! :)

How fun to read about a hot autumn day, while we enjoy a seasonable spring day here in California. Hey, personify the sun all you want, I'll never critique you for that! I used to love finding a place on the beach to sunbathe and read, and where we live now the water is warm enough (barely) to take a dip in the summertime. Oh, I hope you use sunscreen! :)

Hi Carol, Yes it is unusual to have such lovely weather here at this time Late April. So I have to make the best of it. Yesterday my husband and me went for a motorbike ride and the weather was hot and the ride was great. Australian weather can be unpredictable at times 4 seasons in one day But i am making the most before Winter in June . Thanks for your review Cheers for a good day Christine😄

Ha Ha Dip. so therecare others like me out there Sunbaking Aussies, I have been one all my life and if anyone wants to find me in the summer they know where I'll be. This little poem just popped into my head as I enjoyed the warm rays in an Autumn sun

A sun lover. Well done. As the poem begins the reader is led to believe this is about lovers. It isn't until the last stanza we know it is about the sun and a sun bather or sun worship. The poem flows well and has a rhyming pattern. Thank you for sharing it with me. Have a great week. Kat

Hi Jackie, Ha Ha had you fooled, it was the sun all along, but have just been on a motorbike ride with my husband great day out but now the comfort of a soft chair is welcome ( must be getting old LOL) Thanks for your review comments for this effort. Hi Roy , a bit of tongue in cheeky LOL Had some fun with this one as I was sunbaking and composing my poem. Yes we have had some lovely weather here. another beautiful day today. ( out on the motorbike with my husband great ride ) Thanks forcyour great comments I do try hard to do good work and like rhyme and even meter. so thanks for saying that.
