Good story about Easter. It's nice that you shared about your unofficial granddaughter. Also, I forgot the method to color Easter eggs until I read this. Vinegar, water and color tablets. I totally forgot about that. Thanks!

Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level

I am immediately reminded of the words Jesus spoke." Faith, Hope and Love. And the greatest of these is Love." You and your family are so lucky, so wise to have so much love for each other . I think your special granddaughter must be a blessing in your life as you certainly are in hers. I wonder if the person at your former church still holds that same idea. I hope she has had a change of mind (and heart) and feels differently now. For her sake I truly hope so . Look at all the joy and happiness she 's missing out on. Blessings to you and yours cheers Cass

I hope she has changed too. Life is too wonderful to hate like that for no reason other than ignorance. Everyone's life is special. Thank you for the rating and the loving comments.

This is just beautiful. Such a wonderful tribute to your 'unofficial' granddaughter. It feels well polished, well written and with a lovely gently unfolding flow. The feeling of love shines out from behind these words. Some people can be so thoughtless with their words or just plain mean.
Thank you for sharing a little of your granddaughter with us. I think this should do well in the contest. Good luck and kindest regards Helen.

Thank you for touching my heart today. I truly love that little girls. I'll let you in on a secret. When my son and her Mother first got together they had both been in bad relationships. They made a promise back then to not even talk about marriage until they had been together four. years. Four years is up this month.

Nicely said, and let they who would judge be themselves judged. Nicely colourful and heart-warming with the simple things in life proving to be the most important.
Nicely done.
Have a great Easter,
RGstar

this is just a beautiful little story about how all ties should be revered as mission number 1. i personally think that easter is the holiday for kids. they make eggs, go "trick or treating" (here in finland) and grow some grass.
thank you for sharing!
good luck!
blessings!
