An interesting poem as well as an interesting format. Thank you for the trip into space, my first and pobably my last.
Just check your author notes in the first paragraph some strange characters there.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the space shuttle and this complex form. I enjoyed the rhythm and rhymes as I joined the parade. Your repeats were worthy for the emphasis, and the photo, though not yours, reinforced the event. Cheers- Joan

And you thought my forms were complex? I have to say I got somewhat lost in the instructions but, once I actually got into the poem I was more in tune and the rhythms started to work for me.
I found the comparison of a shuttle launch to a marching band's rhythms hard to equate but overall I'd say the poem worked. I don't think it is one I shall be trying though. I prefer creating my own confusion.
