I think the thing I love about Jesus, and for that matter His Father, God, they don't put any value on wealth or the importance of it, Jesus gave up the wealth of Heaven so we could inherit its wealth. Very good. I like the use of the alternate interpretations of the common phrases. It was smooth and was an enjoyable read. I always appreciate poems with that style of humor.

Your highly tongue in cheek look at a life unfulfilled by your poem's central character is both entertaining and very clever. Laconically he declares ignorance of things that supposed to happen. His failure to know, for example, that Jesus' savings were not monetary, seems to be the reason why life lets him down. Terrific satire in play here supported by some excellent versifying.
