Yes, this was a contest back in 2016 I think, and the poem is basically a complete rewrite.

Bless your heart! I have lupus and have always had some flushes. When I went through menopause, I didn't even know it. Am I dumb or what?

Not dumb, not lucky either. I'd say the lupus might've masked menopause, which is the least a lupus suffer could ask I'd say! My sister, who is a lupus sufferer, experienced few to no menopausal symptoms, and thank God!

So your mind is threatening to go out on vacation, and your worsening conditions give no cause for your elation. Thank God you had enough sanity left to write this delightful poem. It is very funny and it made me smile a lot.
