I read this story on a level beyond the narrative. The yeti seemed to me to be that added extra strength a person gets when a difficult task is daunting but needs to be done. Sometimes we wonder how we were able to accomplish something we worked hard to do and that's when our yeti steps in. I may be reading much too much into your tale of fantasy but I do see it on multi levels.

Mermaids, this could be an interesting start for a story if not for one common mistake. In the complete paragraphs there are six repeats of the word shovel. Six repeat of the word shovelling. Please correct this and readmit it. So many repeats spoil what could be a great story. Regards Mabaker

you must realize that this mermaid you have to live on snowy mountain to have a Yeti come help you not in the ocean Ron C perhaps you should have used a big whale helping you bail out your cubicle under the sea that flooded that would have made more sense but anyhow I thoroughly enjoyed it we do in Jersey had a lot of snow few days ago over 30 inches to the point where we had the state of emergency in the state was shut down for a couple days that hasn't happened here in a while but the thank you very much for your piece is interesting and very nice of you to offer him the muffins and hot chocolate I'm sure he's never had anything like that in this life 24 out
