Hi Debbie
Great work! C*O*N*G*R*A*T*U*L*A*T*I*O*N*S! So much hard work and passion. You deserve the highest accolade my friend. I have requested a copy and have a couple of friends very interested, I hope. I'll try the library also. Your message is on my social media, not that I have much time in that arena. I wish you the best of luck. I expect great success for this book. Hugs hugs - Lovi xoxoox

Thanks, Lovi. I have some exciting news about the book I'll be sharing in a post soon. It is being used! Did I send you a copy? I hope so but don't remember doing it. I'm having problems sleeping and am a bit (well, maybe a lot) muddled at the moment. Let me know. Take care, my friend~Debbie

Hi Debbie
That's fantastic! Can't wait to hear the exciting news. I did request a copy, but I haven't received it. I'll check my e-mail. For some reason the msg may have gone out on my old server ... I've just received a msg saying it couldn't send, though I sent it through google chrome, my current server,
Is the problem sleeping to do with the excitement? I worry about you not taking care of yourself. I had a wonderful herbal tea recipe to help with sleeping difficulty, it worked brilliantly. I will try and find it... and no chemicals. I get muddled when I get over-tired, take it easy. I should use meditation more ... just fifteen minutes helps with sleep deprivation, and of course is excellent relaxation. Anyway I can help?? It would be so good for you to learn to switch off. I wish I lived around the corner. :)) Sending love, light, and healing twinkles****** ... huge hugs and Hershey kisses. XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXXO
Cocktails anyone!!!!!

I have a sleep disorder and have never slept well. When I was in the hospital last May, they discontinued my psych meds which is what precipitated the whole mess I went through last summer and fall with sleeplessness. I need them back. I kept trying to get the doctor to listen, but no ... I have an appointment in two weeks with a new doctor so hopefully something will be done. You are so very kind, Lovi. Do you want to email me again? Have a good evening, my friend. Hugs~Debbie

You're not having a lot of luck with the medical profession ... I hope this new doctor has some sense. It can take time to find one who remembers that the patients needs must be listened to. Our system is becoming a joke here. I feel the doctors are more concerned about the one or two minutes they are supposed to tend to you ... my medical centre says it allows forty five minutes per patient ... I laugh my head off.
I've been dealing with a bit of a family crisis, so off-line mostly at the moment. I just popped in for a quick check after a pretty nasty thunderstorm, though not as bad here as in the city and southern suburbs ... huge gum trees falling everywhere, one poor man crushed in his car ... such bad luck. I will try to e-mail again. xoxoxox

Good Morning, Debbie,
I'm most pleased to see that your book is now completed. Congratulations! I know it will have a huge impact on children by helping them to better understand the issues of disability.
Well done!

What a brilliant idea, Debbie. It's a difficult situation to find oneself in and learning to accept and for other's to accept is of utmost importance. I hope you are successful in your endeavour and that many books get into the hands where needed. How kind of you to give these away. You must be a saint.

It only took a year and a half for me to write 34 pages. I hope it does some good. Take care, my friend~Debbie

Congratulations! And what a generous gesture to provide it free so more can read it. You can really make a difference, not just wish for change. Bless you! I'll certainly spread the word, starting with the local church where my daughter went to Sunday school. They are very child oriented. :)

A wonderful and generous gesture. I become an amputee myself 6 years ago and know the feeling of people staring and rejection because they don't understand.

I didn't realize you are an amputee too. We have a lot in common. No, people don't understand. I hope by teaching children, there will be greater acceptance of disability in the next generation. Thank you, my friend~Debbie

Hello, Debbie :)
This is so wonderful and kind of you to give it away for free to spread the word to inform and teach children about disabilities. I sent a copy of this post to my girlfriend that lives in Oregon. She is disabled and has a masters degree in social work. She manages a program for disabled people using art to express themselves. I don't know a lot about it but she will probably contact soon. I also placed a copy on my facebook page. Thank you for posting this great announcement!
