This is a very beautiful letter-poem to a newborn baby. This flows so well that I didn't even notice it was an alphabet poem until I reached letter X!

This is my favorite answer to an alphabet challenge ever!
It flowed so smoothly and I love the name Xavier
I drew all the children in our preschool as an alphabet book for their parents and I wished for more Xaviers

Hi - The first word of each line is well done. However, as you are speaking with a letter to the baby, you would not say in your first line 'as I gaze at our' - surely 'as I gaze at you'. This occurs all the way through - you are not speaking to the baby, you are speaking about the baby. This is a lovely story, based on fact, and is worth correcting. I love the drawing and the words. The poem expressed how happy two parents are at the birth of their child. They have lost some children along the way, so this birth is a true gift from heaven. Good luck in the contest and thank you for sharing.
