Your first lines are the perfect beginning to any horror movie, the lights go out and the phone is dead! We know it is going to be a great creepy, scary story right away. Good work! 100 words is such a small limit to work with.

What a great little piece on how someone is hiding from an attacker who is obviously insane. The work includes a lot of information in a short amount of space (the contests' parameters), but the detail (the plot's pacing and imagery, for instance) are powerful, nonetheless. I particularly enjoyed the last two sentences--chilling! This was an excellent read; thanks for sharing, and good luck in the contest.
