Quite a morose poem, but it is well written. Some really excellent lines
How to escape
old age does rape
dignity and pride
nothing to hide
I liked how you have your stanzas short and brief. They give your thoughts a powerful punch. Not something I would want to dwell on, but I can empathize with your thoughts. Still a well written poem.
