Your poem describes the attributes of Brooke so succinctly. I love the images you conjured, the cadence and the flow. Well done. Yes, like you, I miss her amazing, tantalizing poems that bring so much joy to so many. My favorite stanza:
She spies falling stars through the trees
dreams of spinning sunshine to shawls
snowflakes drifting down with breeze
dandelion in the wilderness sprawls.

From the picture down through the verses we are treated to an in depth image of mother nature through the vision of a telescope but we must ask ourselves, is this the whole picture? I like our poet's final verse, best. -Ekim777

I miss her so much. Sad how much I took her for granted. She was the perfect rhymer, the dead on rhythm master. God, I miss that girl! Every now and then I told her how outstanding her work was and how we tended to take her art for granted. She made it seem so easy, didn't she? Sigh! They better get her an internet connection. Brooke can't live without creating. Nice work, Sanku. She'll appreciate your lovely verses.

Thank you very much .do you think she will be able to read these poems? adewpearl in the home page is something we all got used to.( not to mention Sawyer's pictures) you are right we do take certain things for granted.

This is another one of the inspired poems that will give Brooke inspiration to fight, which of course is what we know she will do. I recognised many of the images and you cobbled them together so carefully and lyrically, the verses are great to read. Good on you for joining in the solidarity of poets trying to send her love.
