Nice poem, Alexis. What is going on with Brooke? I have been busy with outdoor work and still have much to do. I'm afraid this summer will keep me away longer than I thought. Please let me know what is going on with Brooke if you know. Thanks.

I wrote this so Brooke is in no doubt that we would be overjoyed if she was well enough to return to us after her recent serious illness. She is sorely missed! Alexis xxx

It's bright, the colours in the rainbow are wonderful, and the brilliant yellow of the dandelions that she so loves, and then your poem with the right amount of humour, and not overdone in sympathy. It would be wonderful if Brooke could come back to us after she has come to terms with her illness. All my toes and fingers are crossed! Alexis x

What a perfect poem! I like the cheerful colours and well wishes. You have put much thought into writing this, and it shows. I reckon Brooke will be delighted to read this personal message of goodwill and cheer. I thought the rhyme and structure was good, it sort of bounced along as it was read.
