LOL... so much fun! You know you're old when....

(I was afraid I was actually going to read a poem about a colonoscopy) LOL
and I was wondering why I had to have a whole one and you got a semi one! LOL

I really enjoyed this poem and found myself giggling in a few places. lol

I did notice a couple of things... I wondered why you didn't use punctuation for dialogue?
and on the 9th stanza, the fourth line... the word correct... I believe should have been the adverb "correctly"... to describe how we "do" it. :/

but that's all... and certainly open to debate. lol

All in all, I thought it was lots of fun and hell, I have no idea what to do with a colon... but I know I don't enjoy colonoscopies! LOL

Thank you for the review, Cat. Your review was as funny as the poem! The poem was a bit too close like the real medical procedure.

I'm guessing Feral went with, "poetic license" for not using the quotations, or was still messing with people about grammar in general. I just followed his style (as best as I could, anyway)

I am so glad you enjoyed the poem, I had fun!

What great collaboration, and who would have thought a Semi- Colonoscopy would create such distress. Loved the pun on words. This was well done and flowed so smoothly that without being told, I'm sure no one would have guessed it wasn't one person's writing.

There are two schools of thought on this some come out in a rash
Of dots and commas littered everwhere. That makes it look so brash;
They need to be expunged, removed and no morer will we see
Those dratted dotted commas with a semicolonectomy!
