Wow. I thought the most powerful line was the "x marks the spot" line. Very powerful. This is a story we all know about but you told it in a unique way. What a strong poem.

On reflextion 'x marks the spot' sort of sums up the life of Christ. His ending was marked from the beginning, like the end of a stage drama is known from the beginning, by the actors at least.

After the first draft I altered some words to make them sharper.
Of course, the drama of Easter we can only ponder.
Probably it would be too horrific for people today to observe.
