We pay into Social Security throughout our working lives and Congress calls it "Gratuities." No matter when you start your monthly checks will be a burden to your government.

Welcome to the old crabby, oops I mean refined age of 61 years. I will be 77 in about 9 weeks and many think I may be in my 60's. Age is only a number and you bet your bippy, take that SS as soon as you can get it. And above all have fun in retirement. Patricia
