I suppose that's true about all things, eh? It doesn't matter because what's meant to be will be, and what's not, won't. Still, despite the surety of the statement, the final line of 'I guess' leaves room for uncertainty and I like how that's in contrast with the first part.

This is an interesting structure where minimal words can actually create more impact than a lot of words and sentences. But I suppose it's up to the poet after all. Whether you do or don't, it don't matter I guess!
