'By that gentle sigh between day (ad) night' I think you mean (and)
This is a very good poem and filled with emotion. The pink background gave the poem a softer feel which went nicely with the poem. Thank you for sharing.

I relished "sinking into sunset with you"! I enjoyed your alliteration of "s's" and your appealing to several senses with "sigh," "gaze" and "tingle" along with your striking images. Here's to tomorrow! Warm hugs and happy Sunday- Joan

Talking about climate change--it's been in the 80's this weekend in Southern California and the sunsets have been extraordinary. I'll think of you each time I enjoy the next ones. Here's to more happy cartwheels and sweet dreams- Joan

Good Morning, Ronni
I did so enjoy your free verse musing this morning as I was drinking some fresh Columbian java. Your poem has an etherial feel to it due to your wonderful use of phrasing which creates a delightful visual imagery for the reader to enjoy. I think the last stanza is my favorite.
I've just one suggestion as noted below:
mind[']s yesterdays
Well done, my friend,
Ray

Hello Ray,
Ahh...I must say, your most awesome and expressive thoughts and comments on this musing, is as
savory as your savoring your Columbian java! You have as equally exquisite taste in your java treats!
I am truly pleased you found this to be an especially enjoyable read, sharing your kind compliments
on the imagery and 'ethereal feel', and noting your favorite stanza....also your little suggestion on (mind's)
and will fix. And likewise, sincerest appreciations for the EXTRA STAR'... once again, you have made
my heart smile with your kind compliments and keep perceptions. Your visit always a treat!
May all your sunset's be beautiful.....gratefully, Ronni

Hi there,
This is a beautifully realised poem. It gently draws the reader in and through the poem. The imagery is soft and striking. out with the old and in with the new.
Very nicely written.

this is a beautiful poem about a sunset, I love to watch the sun sink and disappear on the horizon.
Ambling hues glow in slowly descending horizon
ribbons the sky in rows of flowing pastels
The image is fantastic, I would love to paint this a mural Where did you get it from?
Well done Mary

Thank you...for your expressive appreciations of this presentation, and
sharing your comments and compliments. That 'image' is the window
view of the sea from my Calif. home I live in 6 months of the year.
I gather you likely may be an artist...and would indeed make a
fantastic mural. Is that your specialty, murals? To me mural
art has always been totally captivating.
Thanks again for your great comments and sharing.
Best wishes always, Ronni
