LOL! Love that line. And why not? Running around in wolf form is a big risk. Real hunters might see them and their secret would be discovered. Fun chapter... but not for the deer. :)

Sounds like these boys are getting smart. Hunting with a gun is much easier than running a deer down. Even for Werewolves. I trained thoroughbred horses, and when people find out, the first thing they say is, so, you ride. My reply is no, not since they invented the car with headed seats, arm rests, and a cup holder for my Starbucks. Thanks for another enjoyable chapter. :-)

Sounds like these boys are getting smart. Hunting with a gun is much easier than running a deer down. Even for Werewolves. I trained thoroughbred horses, and when people find out, the first thing they say is, so, you ride. Love the normal teenage dialogue with the juxtaposition of completely "un-normal" circumstances. And the effect of instantly speeding up the action, then stopping. Even I was out of breath!

this is an excellent chapter, amahra, I went bavck and read the one that I missed before this one. the new fanstory site messed me up for a while and I just use classic now so I can see the listing. I enjoyed reading the details of the hunt.

I enjoyed the thrill of the chase even though I love animals it seems paradoxical to the point of self amazement, this was a journey into the learning curve of knowing the abilities of the werewolf, I didn't they could also change at will!
