I once had a counselor who had me stand and look in the mirror each day and say, Patricia I love you. Do it everyday until I could make my face match what my mouth was saying, by having a smile on my face.

this is a great poem, mystery writer, people gaze upon the outer appearance, but God sees the heart. some things you need to change. most of you "to" should be "too" too much of this or that, too much weight, etc... frizz instead of friz , I wish you the best of luck in the contest
