Valerius has found nothing wrong with the priest. But he can gain information while he is trying to convince the villagers. Julia is on her way to temporary safety. Their love spans the miles. Abramus is a simple man trying to understand the situation. He wishes safety for all children. Great work.

Forvalford? Now that's an interesting name, a real tongue-twister.
An interesting time of history; the beginning of the Dark Ages. So, happy times will not be forthcoming, I'm sure.
I hope Julia and Valerius can be together (?) Now I've gotta keep up with the story!

Ok, so at least the visiting family, Julia, and the little girl have a safe place to hide. Valerius met the sick father, and at first impression, there is nothing wrong with him, but I am sure there is more to that story. Another well written chapter with no obvious errors.
