Very interesting and intense poem. Along with the image and artist notes it is a powerful statement of life as sit happens whether we like it or not.

I'm really not at all sure what I am reading here.

There is no apparent poetry (category General Poetry). . .no imagery, meter, metaphor, endeavor to inspire or craftsmanship.

There is a prompt running right now (BOOK Promo: Brag Page) - perhaps you meant to submit it there.

But simply appearing under "General Poetry" it makes no sense to this reader.
