What a wonderful poem this is, and how true. I often think that when Christ died he knew there would be those who would hate him for it. In human love we take risks that we may be rejected, and we often are. How much greater is God's love and how deep must be his hurt that it is rejected.

This is a very poignant poem. I can tell it came from your heart. I like the format with your key lines separated - they tell another story. Great readability: flow and rhythm are spot on. The artwork compliments beautifully. I enjoyed reading this very much.

This is one of the most beautifully crafted spiritual pieces I have read in some time. The artwork above is just chilling to view and compliments this piece nicely. God bless!

Beautifully written.
Wonderfully presented.
So very true.

Let the heathen rage.
Our Father does grieve. His anger is very hot.
He will have the last word.
After the millennium and after satan is let loose for a short while...all chances to receive Christ will be over and the great white throne judgment begins.
The lake of fire is reserved for only those who will not receive Christ...the Truth!

Rev 20:7-11
7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,
8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.
9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.
10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

And all of that will happen at the 7th trump.
Not too far away.

Even so, come, Lord Jesus.
Have a restful day.
Razz

A sad, sad poem with all Truth in it that can't be overlooked. This poem tugs hard at one's emotions, makes one think and if sane, repent!

Thanks for sharing!

I agree, Sandra, it never ceases to amaze me how the world has become so depraved, and some people do not have one ounce of compassion or love for their fellow human beings. But, I am a great believer in justice and feel the balance will be restored; those who believe will have glory, those who do not will have none. Excellent rhyming and good clear spiritual message. Most enjoyable as always and a great picture. Fayex

This is lovely Sandra. I don't know how some people get through the day with knowing Gods love. I feel content and protected knowing he is always there for me....

God offered life--He offered love to everyone.
Believe in Me, was all he asked, then sent His son.
When Jesus said, "I am the key
To heaven and eternity,
God sent me here to set you free..." (He died for me!)
Wonderful my friend. Nancy

Hi Sandra,

I really feel your pain and I'm sure we all can relate to these sentiments. I don't like to think of the devil/evil as being strong, but it's the only explanation for all the depravity of the world.

However, I do believe that goodness and love will always prevail. There are more of us than them ...

Hugs,
Lou

Sometimes I feel the world has just gone mad, Lou, each time I switch the TV news on, another innocent has been murdered for no reason whatsoever, I do wonder if God is feeling as disappointed as I feel. Yes, there has to be more of us than them. Thank you, Lou for your lovely review. I appreciate your comments a lot. xsx Sandra

This is a beautifully written piece and direct and to the point about God's love for us. Only if all would come to understanding God's love, this world would be a far better place. I am glad I chose over 55 years ago to call upon the name of Jesus and He saved me and I am now His child. Blessings, Pat

That is such a lovely review, I am so pleased you are happy in God's love. It is a shame everyone just will not give God a chance, what a difference it would make to our world. Thank you so much for your lovely review and for the shiny 6 stars! xsx Sandra
