A very well-written Halloween poem. I have to agree the real meanings of all the celebrations you mention is outshined by all the money making schemes people come up with.

A well written poem even if you are a bit of a 'ba humbug' type.
I agree that everything has become far too commercial, but I say let the kids have their fun as long as they're not hurting anyone.

This speaks the joy and entertainment, learning and pleasure aspect of Halloween, as there is no obscene in celebration, masking is part of the game like a festival; I liked.

The reason black Friday is named that because this is the day that is supposed to mark to beginning of profitability for retailers. All year they have operated in the red. Now it's time to operate in the black That's why there is so much marketing taking place now.

I really enjoyed the poem. Here in my section of the world (earth) Halloween starts the Christmas shopping. Thanksgiving means putting up the lights and tree but Halloween means start shopping. We have a "black Friday" here in the US and now we have "Early Black Friday" starting right after Halloween. All about money and spending. Thanks for your poem.

Hi friend started reading your review I was all fixed on my recent poem on Responses for Reviews ha! Yeah I agree money money money. I have a Christmas Carol book ion FS if interested. I wrote some Carols the last only in 2002 as I got ticked off with Carols by Candle light shows where they sang all this stuff that had nothing to do with the real meaning of Christmas. Look for Rerall Truly Christmas Carols if interested and thanks for coming by.

Thanks Barbara. Mentioned you to a new FS friend for good reading other day. Looking forward to some more whenever. Thanks again for the review. I have put up my Christmas Carols for review not sure you have seen those the Introduction has rewards hope people will look at the Carols. If you haven't before of course.

Thanks Sis. To be honest I saw the Big Six Note first so had to come over and read your review firstly. Thanks so much. I only got one negative review on this from a woman Deacon would you believe ha! But ashe still gave me five go figure thanks God Bless will check your poem later will probably get the notice about it.
