not sure if the underlying emotion is fear, disdain, or hope. Is there a respect for darkness here, or a musing/observation? Whichever it is, It IS UNDOUBTEDLY somehow understood by us readers by the sheer AUTHORITIVE verbal account of SOMETHING happening here- told in such romanticized personable tones that are vague yet gospel truth?!?! how can it be BOTH?!?! You are a mist of clarity

Cute and lovely photo that complements your poem very well. I liked the combination you used. A prayer in your dreams? Nice and original subject.

Let me use this time to create what is good and find no reason to ever fear it
Let my works in dreams call for good and bless me in the mission only God could
Let me rest and empower my mind and soul to do what is right for my heart and soul.
AMEN
Excellent xoxo

Great words you have used here Vance, in spite of us living in a place where darkness seems to rule, remember the words of scripture that promises that God is even in the darkness, that "He will never leave us or forsake us" so we can be sure that He uses your hand to testify of the light, remember, we are to be a "beacon on a hill" well done, be not fearful He guides your hand Vance, bless His name! Blessings, Roy.

And Amen! Very colorful and original pondering on the jet of night, where all the mysteries await! I too, get all my ideas in the darkness of night, my greatest inspirations come in the wooing of its magic...loved this!

Thank you so much! You already know me...Justjo...I changed my name because I always thought that Justjo sounded like a baked potato with no toppings...('yeah, I'll have a justjo, dieting you know', ha ha) as usual...your writing is WONDERFUL! I'm ALWAYS up late...I'm most definitely a night person, which is another reason I related so strongly to your poem! Blessings tonight!
