Excellent entry for this contest, my friend.
Love the progression of thoughts and the bouncy beat and this form is so musical in how it uses each word twice, thus effecting a consistent cadence.
That, coupled with your deft use of alliteration and consonance in many lines (all noticed but not noted here, because you know I noticed them)...makes it even more musical read aloud.
Also, the choice to avoid both caps and punctuation suits the form well.
A strong contender. Good luck!

Hi Mikey, I am so sorry to read about your computer crash, My God why did it happen to you. Listen, every now and then, you must copy your poems or stories on a disc, as I was told that in SF, when my computer was hacked, I know how you feel, I went crazy. So sorry, but of course you learned a lesson the hard way.
I read your notes before reading the poem, whoa, it did go so fast with
the repetition , but I enjoyed it, its a change from the normal poems. I am sure you will win. I was asking myself why you have not been writing lately, and was about to email you, when I got your poems tonight, I felt better. Take care my darling, you will remember what yo wrote. Love u both. This is almost stream of consciousness writing! Too breathless by half for me! You have handled the form expertly and made it seem easier than I suspect it is. You have chosen end-rhymes that allow flexibility of thought and sudden surprising twists, and your final lines, possibly the hardest to handle well, bring your breathless gallop to rest with a soft landing! Bravo!
