I love your take on the theme - so positive and uplifting.
I like the format, I like the unusual rhyme pattern (the middle stanza is mono rhyme and the rest aabb).

Like this quite a lot. I particularly like the way it starts with: Jump, Fly, Reach, Live and ends the offering with the opposite count: Live, Reach, Fly, Jump - seems to reaffirm if you begin with a simple jump - the result ends with Fly(ing). Maybe just my take on it.
