I guess one could say the world is a kaleidoscope of colors that few actually get to witness because they are fearful of letting others into their reality. Man has become taker a hoarder of things, things he is unwilling to give up or share. Your poem is well written and thought provoking to say the least. Very nice!

This is a good poem written with a lot of reflection
in its message. So true is the colourful nature of things
and how we need to proceed as one instead of opposing each other. Well done and thank you for sharing.

Hello, Joan,
Good word choices that made me ponder. I have seen double rainbow at least once and I felt lucky...like finding a four leaf clover. it was awesome.
People also come in many colors ð???

This is a wonderful poem with a great message of hope for a better world. And humankind has been trying forever. United Nations was supposed to be the solution to world peace. What a joke. Great poem, though.

One thing that I've always thought that God intended, but He knew we wouldn't come to the party, because ongoing prejudicial thought that it wouldn't come to pass, to mix together in one collusive mix, to be a United one. This is beautifully written Joan, an excellent post, blessings Roy

Hi Joan,
Well worded and food for thought. I have seen several double rainbows, not sure how they come about, but so pretty and mysterious.
But i agree we have many other colours that make up the world rainbow of life and people
Cheers Chris

This is a different and interesting take on the rainbow. You are so right, our Creator put colour in everything in this world, if only we will open our eyes to behold it. Rainbows promise peace and hope.

This is a fine effort pointing out the wonders of God's creation. I must admit I never thought of rainbows being other than in the sky. Thanks for providing a new insight. I really was taken in by stanza 3 and by the phrase "Renew petrified trust..." Great job!
